Refund and Returns

At the moment, we do not accept returns (please read next: Exchange and Replacement), neither refunds.

Exchange and Replacement

We only offer exchange and replacement if a wrong item was delivered or If you received a damaged parcel(at the point of delivery) or your parcel is lost; we can only offer a 1 time replacement or exchange at the cost of the client on items and not tempered with.

We urge you to carefully inspect your package upon delivery to ensure the items are intact. In the unlikely event that the item(s) ordered is damaged at the point of delivery, please DO NOT accept the item(s) and contact us immediately or within 4 hours by telephone.

If you do not contact us within the stipulated hours upon receiving your parcel or item, we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and we will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for receiving the new exchanged item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
